This Spiritual Gathering is to primarily come together and connect to community that shares the same ideals and need for personal growth and transformation
to better serve the self, humanity, the animal kingdom and this earth which we call home. Gathered around the Sacred Fire you will be given an
opportunity to share hopes, dreams and aspirations.

DAILY BOARD
All workshops, healing circles and creative activities will be written on the Daily Board.
All participants are encouraged to immerse themselves in as many workshops as possible to enrich their mental, emotional, physical and
spiritual bodies.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Location
Seers Road, Maldon, Victoria. Follow signs from Maldon and Newstead.
Where to stay
Camping is available and you need to be self sufficient in all your camping, food and water needs.
Please camp in open ground and not under a tree
Be aware of mine shafts
If you prefer a motel, a hotel or a B&B, there are many to choose from in the
Maldon/Newstead area. Call the Mount Alexander Shire for a list.
What to bring
Bring all the food, water and non-alcoholic beverages, cutlery, plates, cups, and bowls that you need to be self sufficient. We encourage you bring
re-usable items since disposables are destructive to the environment and cause unnecessary waste.
Note book and pen are highly recommended.
It may be very hot, or very cold, windy, and wet. Be sure to bring modest ALL WEATHER clothing appropriate for ceremonies, including Sweat Lodge and
dont forget a towel
Strong, sturdy footwear, rug, cushion or folding chairs for sitting in the arbour, sunscreen, insect repellent, gas stove, torch, any other creature
comfort for camping.
NO FIRES ALL FIRE WARNINGS MUST BE HEEDED
PLEASE TAKE ALL YOUR REFUSE HOME WITH YOU TO KEEP THE LAND CLEAN.
Cost
There is no set fee. To offset administrative and utility expenses you are requested to give a monetary gift from your heart that
reflects your gratitude and appreciation for all that you received from the week-end.
Protocols
Honouring ALL people.
Honouring all ceremonial protocols.These will be explained on a regular basis.
At the Sacred Fire everyone must be modestly attired.
Skirts must come to at least mid-calf.
NO sleeveless tops or shirts.
NO halter neck, low neck, or bare mid-riff tops.
NO see through skirts or tops.
NO mind altering substances.
NO firearms.
NO Dogs, cats or other pet animals.
NO Radios, CD players, tape recorders.
Cameras and mobile phones are not allowed at any of the ceremonies.

Other Information
Thursday, October 28 is camp day so that we can get settled in.
The opening ceremony will be at sunrise on Friday, October 29th.
The Gathering will conclude after the Silent Auction on Monday November 1st.

We encourage everyone to leave Monday late afternoon early evening to allow time for goodbyes and leisurely departure rather than rushing after an
uplifting 4 days.
This Gathering is also about living in community so each one needs to be respectful of themselves and others; keep their living spaces clean and
clean-up litter that lies around, fire tending is a huge part of community living, be respectful and assist the Elders, the children, and anyone in need.
Ensure you secure your belongings and are responsible for your children at all times.
Please come prepared to sign up for at least a couple of hours prayers in the form of work in the area of your choice.
Are you able to assist prior and after the Gathering?
Please bring your non-electronic musical instruments, drums, rattles, clap sticks etc.
